Insurance
Our office accepts most insurance plans. Most insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow 45 days for them to render payment. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Payment Options
Since each person has different needs in fulfilling their financial obligation, we provide the following options to pay for treatment:
- Office Payment Plan: A portion of the total cost of treatment is due at the time of appliance/bracket placement as a down payment. The remaining balance is then broken down into monthly payments extending throughout the course of treatment. There is no interest charged for this option.
- Payment in Full: A courtesy of 5% is given for payment in full at the start of treatment by cash, check, or money order; And a courtesy of 5% is given for payment in full with credit card at the start of treament. (Both resulting in a one-time payment.)
