What To Expect
Upon your arrival at Longmont Orthodontics, you will be asked to fill out a health history. To expedite your appointment, you can fill this out prior to coming in. (We can mail you one, or you can find it here.) We ask that at least one parent or guardian accompany minor patients to this appointment. An x-ray will be taken, if needed. If you have a recent panoramic x-ray, please bring it with you or email/mail it to us prior to your appointment. Dr. Venrick will conduct a thorough orthodontic examination and explain all aspects of treatment. The initial consultation will take about 45 minutes.
The Purpose of the Initial Examination is to Answer:
- What orthodontic concerns are present
- What type of treatment is indicated
- When the ideal time to begin treatment is
- How long treatment will take
- How much treatment will cost
What is the Cost of Treatment?
The cost of treatment depends upon the patient’s individual needs and treatment plan. Our treatment coordinator will discuss fees and payment options during the initial exam, if treatment is recommended. We have different payment options to accommodate your budget, and we work with most insurance plans.
